Policy D3 of the Maldon District Local Development Plan sets out Maldon District Council's commitment to maintaining an up-to-date heritage at risk register. This register contains the details of historic buildings known to be at risk because of neglect or decay, and those vulnerable to future deterioration.
This register is reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
