Operating without a permit
If your business requires a permit and it operates without one, your business will be charged an additional set fee for 'operating without a permit' when your business is discovered and applies for a permit. In serious cases, where legal notices are not complied with, or where the permit is still not applied for, a criminal prosecution will be taken.
