Representations made during the examination
During the examination there were three additional consultations undertaken with participants.
Consultation 1: Representations made after submission of the Local Development Plan (LDP) to the inspector that were sent to the programme officer Andrea Copsey. Please contact the Council if you would like to view these.
Consultation 2: Submissions made for the examination-in-public received by 22 January deadline were also sent to the programme officer. A copy of these submissions was sent to the Council and another copy was retained by the inspector. Please contact the Council if you would like to view these.
Consultation 3: Representations made during and after the examination as part of the inspector's extra work tasks set after the EIP. These documents are available on the Council's website here.
Pre-submission representations
We submitted a copy of all representations made during the pre-submission consultation for the LDP to the inspector during April 2014. The electronic copies and an index of respondents are provided here. Due to the limitations of the Data Protection Act, full names and addresses have been redacted.
