Council's Letter CED12 Supplementary Statement to the Additional Housing Evidence

The Council submitted a Supplementary Statement to the Additional Housing Evidence (EB098a) on 1 September to demonstrate how the Council has considered, and where necessary accounted for other considerations and factors in accordance with best practice and the NPPG. Council's Letter CED11

The Council has written to the Inspector formally requesting that the Inspector suggests major modifications, where appropriate, to make the Plan sound. To access the document, click here (CED11). Council's Additional Housing Evidence

The Council submitted additional evidence in relation to the Inspector's concerns about the housing policies in the LDP, stated in IED06, in accordance with the Future Work Programme (CED09).
**Please Note the Inspector will return any communication he receives about the new housing evidence produced by the Council. He will shortly be asking participants to set out their views in Statements to be submitted by a set deadline. The Council's new evidence is placed on the website now so that participants have the earliest possible opportunity of reading and considering the documents before the Inspector asks for their views on the issues he will identify**
