Service updates and information
Update 22 April 2026 - Our contractor is finalising the annual delivery of pink sacks to households. If you have not received your sacks please let us know by 1 May 2026 and we will arrange a delivery. Please remember that pink sacks are provided for recycling only and are not to be used for refuse purposes. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reporting missed waste collections
Waste collections take place Tuesday - Friday from 7am - 5pm. If there are no service disruptions, please report any missed collections within 2 working days of your collection day:
Please note that if a missed collection is reported after 2 working days of your scheduled collection day, or when there is a service issue where our crews cannot collect as normal, the report will be cancelled with no response given.
