Update 23 June 2026.- IMPORTANT BIN COLLECTION UPDATE DUE TO HOT WEATHER.
Because of very hot weather this week, SUEZ (our recycling and waste collection contractor) will be collecting bins and recycling containers earlier than usual.
Collections from Wednesday to Friday will start from 6am.
Please make sure your bins and recycling containers are put out by 6am on your collection day so they can be emptied.
Reporting missed waste collections
Waste collections take place Tuesday - Friday from 7am - 5pm. If there are no service disruptions, please report any missed collections within 2 working days of your collection day:
Please note that if a missed collection is reported after 2 working days of your scheduled collection day, or when there is a service issue where our crews cannot collect as normal, the report will be cancelled with no response given.
