Service updates and information
Update 7 July - Due to a road closure today our recycling and garden waste crews have been unable to access Paddock Way and Ramsey Chase, Latchingdon. Please leave your recycling sacks, glass recycling box and garden waste bin at your collection point and they will be collected tomorrow (Wednesday 8 July). We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Update 6 July - Due to the high temperatures forecast for this week waste collections will start earlier than usual all week. Please present your waste at your collection point by 6am. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reporting missed waste collections
Waste collections take place Tuesday - Friday from 7am - 5pm. If there are no service disruptions, please report any missed collections within 2 working days of your collection day:
Please note that if a missed collection is reported after 2 working days of your scheduled collection day, or when there is a service issue where our crews cannot collect as normal, the report will be cancelled with no response given.
