This includes a significant increase in letters of comment on planning applications, new application submissions, and general enquiries. As a result, there are delays in: Processing and uploading comments to our systems Reviewing and progressing new planning applications Responding to general enquiries Please be assured that all comments received will be reviewed by the case officer before a decision is made on the application.
