Planning service update

We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high volume of activity across our planning services. This includes a significant increase in letters of comment on planning applications, new application submissions, and general enquiries. As a result, there are delays in: Processing and uploading comments to our systems Reviewing and progressing new planning applications Responding to general enquiries Please be assured that all comments received will be reviewed by the case officer before a decision is made on the application. We are working diligently to address the backlog and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for bearing with us as we continue to manage these high volumes.
