Update Monday 27 July - Because of the hot weather forecast for this week, SUEZ UK, our waste contractor will be starting collections earlier than usual. Collections may begin from 6am. Please make sure all waste containers are presented at your collection point by 6am but no earlier than the evening before your scheduled collection day. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reporting missed waste collections
Waste collections take place Tuesday - Friday from 7am - 5pm. If there are no service disruptions, please report any missed collections within 2 working days of your collection day:
Please note that if a missed collection is reported after 2 working days of your scheduled collection day, or when there is a service issue where our crews cannot collect as normal, the report will be cancelled with no response given.
